What payments are accepted?

Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, Mastercard, and Maestro credit cards are accepted, or you can also pay with Paypal.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout depending on the destination country chosen, it amounts to €6.90 for Italy and €11.90 for Europe.

Can I return items purchased online?

Within 60 days of receiving your order, you can access the return procedure.

- If you purchased as a Non-Registered User, please contact in Customer Service via Form

- If you purchased as a Registered User, you can request a return by logging into your Account Area

After you fill out the online return form, Customer Service will provide you with shipping information.

Where is my order?

When your package ships, you will receive an email containing the carrier's tracking number to track your shipment.
