Returns and Refunds


If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 60 days from receipt of your order to make a return for any reason and without penalty.


Requesting returns for orders placed with a logged-in user is quick and easy and should be done on the site in the following way:

  • Access your order history via your personal online profile - Account
  • Click "Make Return" on the order you wish to return. You will be asked to specify: the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, the type of resolution (refund, Store Credit).
  • Once all fields are filled in, press the "SUBMIT REQUEST" button.
  • You will receive a return approval email and can proceed to send the package by following the next steps
  • Prepare the package with the products and paste the return label you found inside your order
  • For the shipment of your return you can choose the courier you prefer or go to a post office by sending your return to the following address: E-SHOP LOGISTIC SRL - VIA I MAGGIO 1, 20070 SAN ZENONE AL LAMBRO - MILAN 

Return requests for orders placed with a non-logged-in user should be made by contacting Customer Service via the Contact Us form dedicated.


Return is free of charge only in cases of defect or shipping error ; in that case, pickup will be arranged directly by Customer Service after the request is approved.

The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way and with all its tags and accessories.

In the event that the product you have decided to return shows signs of wear and tear or is missing integral elements of the same and / or accessories (eg. Closures, laces, buckles, etc..) is to forfeit the right of withdrawal and we will return the product purchased without issuing any refund.
Returns must be sent from the same country in which the order was placed. We will not accept any returns from a different country.



Once we have checked the integrity of the returned item(s) we will provide 

  • if you selected the refund option to refund you within 15 business days using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • If you have selected the store credit option to issue a unique, personal code that you will receive via email for the amount to be redeemed. The coupon code is valid for 12 months
